7. Delivery 

7.1 Working days follow the official Swiss calendar.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated, deliveries by Kroumy take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays for the Canton of Geneva.

• Wednesdays and Saturdays for the rest of the covered region (notably the Canton of Vaud).

7.3 Parcels are delivered to your front door. The customer undertakes to be present or to arrange for someone to receive the parcel so that the products can be put in cold storage quickly.

7.4 If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left as close to your front door as possible, depending on available access (building access, doorbell, entry code, or gate).

7.5 In the event of the customer's absence at the time of delivery, the deposit is made under their own responsibility. No compensation or refund can be claimed in the event of loss, damage to the parcel, or thawing of the products.

7.6 Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond Kroumy's control. The customer cannot claim any compensation in the event of a delay.
