7. Delivery Times and Acceptance

7.1 Business days follow the Swiss calendar.
7.2 Deliveries are made, unless otherwise stated, on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM for the canton of Geneva, and on Wednesdays and Saturdays for the rest of Switzerland.
7.3 Indicated delivery dates are not fixed. Actual delivery may vary by up to 2 business days. If so, the customer has no right to claim any compensation.
7.4 Deliveries are scheduled bi-monthly or monthly, depending on the order.
7.5 Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond Kroumy's control. The customer may not claim compensation for delayed delivery.
7.6 If the customer is absent at delivery, they cannot claim compensation if the package is lost, damaged, or the products have thawed.
